- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities and the aptitude to motivate and guide a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with dispatching trucks and optimizing routes.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly related to food safety.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize responsibilities.
