**BRANCH TEAM LEAD**

**Job Summary**:As a Branch Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation and success of our branch. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees, overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. **This role's #1 focus is sales with an operational mind**.

**Report to**:Sales Manager / Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of branch employees.

Set clear expectations and goals for team members and hold them accountable for their performance.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.

**Operational Management**: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that the branch maintains high cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

**Customer Service**: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coach team members on effective customer service techniques and empower them to create positive customer experiences. Act as a liaison between customers and branch management to address feedback and implement service improvements.

**Business Development**:Collaborate with branch management to develop and execute strategies for driving business growth and increasing revenue. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing customers and actively promote new customer acquisition. Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to expand the branch's customer base and enhance brand awareness. **Know your numbers, know your market, Know your value.**

**Additional Duties/Responsibilities**
- Strong knowledge of systems, products, and processes. Fully understands all day-to-day tasks.
- Help to coordinate monthly Vendor training.
- Interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain helpful feedback.
- Scheduling daily work (Shipping schedule, showroom re-stock, inventory counts)
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities - ask questions.
- Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
- Some account responsibility
- Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Backorder management - communicate delivery dates with customers.
- Assist in year-end physical inventories as requested.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed or needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Sales: 5 years (required)
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
