Assistant Service Technician

**What will you do?**
- Travel to client sites to assist with service and repair of material handling and storage equipment
- Understand and perform preventative maintenance on material handling and storage equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting steps and ideas over the phone
- Accurately complete work orders for each job, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets, safety forms etc.

**What will you need to qualify for the position?**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience installing, servicing, or repairing material handling equipment
- Intermediate welding skills
- Ability to work confidently and safely at heights
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to lifting up to 75 lbs and climbing long fixed and temporary ladders
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driver’s abstract

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
