We are a real estate brokerage located in Markham, ON, seeking for a full-time Office Administrative Assistant.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

- Preparing invoices, documentations and cheques to sign.
- Coordinating appointment schedules for open houses, listing presentations, showings, closing meetings, and other appoints.
- Answering routine inquires from clients, agents, and brokers.
- Greeting all customers, both on the phone and in person, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Opening and distributing the mails.
- Completing listing /selling processing activities in time manner.
- Operating office software support system (TransactionDesk, BrokerBay, brokerWOLF) for the office including front desk, back office and paperless office.
- Deal management.
- Checking files and file compliance.
- Preparing trade record sheets.
- Processing the documents for agents’ commissions.
- Preparing promotional articles and marketing materials for social media, such as Facebook, WeChat, Twitter and Instagram.
- Checking office inventory and ordering supplies in case of insufficiency.
- Social media/website updates and maintenance.
- Ensuring the office is running smoothly, kept clean, tidy, garbage-free and well organized at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
