We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver for full-time employment Monday to Friday, in our warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately shipping products to our customers as well as receiving, organizing and storing incoming products correctly.

You will be expected to use an inventory software system as well as do some manual record-keeping. You will need to effectively communicate with the other departments daily.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry heavy equipment or materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Fluent in English.
- Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other groups and departments and maintain positive relations with coworkers.
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues.
- Knowledgeable in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office is an asset.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative, solve problems, be able and willing to work with little supervision

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine the method of shipment and prepare bills, invoices and other shipping documents
- Create shipping labels and other paperwork for parcels and LTL skid shipments (e.g., waybills, shipping manifests, shipping labels); maintain accurate shipping data in the order management system.
- Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks, etc.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and record shortages and damaged goods.
- Unpack, count, and route goods to appropriate areas. Ensure inventory bin locations are accurate and kept up to date on the computer system.
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems. Receive goods into the computer system as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure walkways, delivery, and shipping areas are kept clean and safe.
- May operate a pallet jack, power lift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.

**Job Type**: Full Time, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00/hour, dependent on experience
