**Job Description**:
Role: SAP Basis S4 HANA Conversion Consultant

Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 10+ Months

Experience: 8+ Years

**Mandatory skills**:
SAP Basis, S4 HANA Conversion

**Mandatory hands-on experience of leading & executing SAP S/4HANA Conversion projects**

**SAP Basis**
- ** Mandatory hands-on experience of leading & executing SAP S/4HANA Conversion projects**:

- Experience on OS/DB & HANA Migrations
- Minimum 8-10 years of SAP Basis experience in ECC & S/4HANA
- Customer management / coordination skills
- Working with SAP on HEC or SAP RISE projects

**Consultant critical success factors, **across all modules**, include the following**:

- Extensive S/4 knowledge, experience, and capabilities - particularly in S4H Legacy Conversions (Brownfield)
- Demonstrated experience in the Professional Services Industry
- Experience with leading Brownfield conversion and data migration activities for their respective area of focus
- Ability to define the to-be functionality required in S/4 for all Hatch business processes
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate lessons learned from previous S4H conversions
- Strong commitment to exceptional quality deliverables, execution, and accountability
- Ability to provide superior stakeholder engagement through a collaborative and agile approach
- Minimum 8-**10 years** of **SAP Basis experience** - **ECC **as well as **SAP S4 HANA**:

- ** Mandatory hands-on experience of leading & executing SAP S/4HANA Conversion projects**:

- Experience on OS/DB & HANA Migrations
- Working with SAP on HEC or SAP Rise projects
- ** SAP RISE experience (SAP End to End cloud migration)**:

- Hands on as well as Experience of leading SAP Conversion projects
- Customer management / coordination skills
