**Summary**
Back to Function is currently seeking for a Chiropractor for a clinic located in **Bradford**. You will join a team of passionate health care and wellness workers whose goal are to make a memorable difference in someone’s life and exemplify quality, reputable care in the community at all times. You will collaborate with our outstanding health care team and utilize your expertise to help clients overcome their physical, and cognitive constrains. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent health care and looking to further advance in this field. You must be passionate about the work we do and share our organizational values.
**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to identify, diagnose, and assess their condition(s). Guide clients in choosing the treatment plan that would benefit them the most
- Familiar with OCF's forms and WSIB forms.
- Familiar with Orthotics Casting Techniques
- Foam Casting and Gait Scan.
- Acupuncture / Dry needling will be an asset.
- Educating clients, family members, and the community on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client treatments and treatment records.
- Liaise with other healthcare providers to provide and receive relevant information about the medical history and progress of clients, as well as referring clients who require other specific healthcare provision
- Must be aware of client's health status report and ongoing changes in health/other specific healthcare treatment
- Complies with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct of the Canadian Memorial College of Chiropractor.
**Qualifications**
- Must have good standing and current active registration with the College of Chiropractor
- Proficient knowledge of chiropractic interventions, practice methods and professional skills
- Must possess great interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrating compassion, courtesy and understanding in all patient interactions
- Professional, enthusiastic, passionate individual with a strong work ethic
