**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities across multiple teams
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task assignment
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and documentation
- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and resolution efforts
- Maintain project management tools and documentation (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in tech, design, or marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Familiarity with creative or SaaS workflows is a plus
