Our core philosophy is centered on helping customers work better and providing “only the best” - the best technology, the best products, the best performance, the best in safety and the best in sustainability - all geared toward increasing their productivity and profitability. **Job Summary** Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Manager will promote and sell Walter / ArcOne/ Drillco Triumph MTD & Aerochem premium quality and products to industrial, manufacturing, construction and MRO facilities. Since all products are sold through distribution, the Territory Manager will also be responsible for marketing and training of these products to all relevant distribution personnel. **The territory to be covered is South Edmonton and Central Alberta ( some overnight travel may be required)** **Responsibilities** - Promote and present the Walter-ArcOne-Drillco, Triumph, MTD & Aerochem mechanical and environmental product line on a daily basis. - Proactively and aggressively develop and oversee new business and market development in the assigned region. - Develop and oversee target account lists. - Attend trade shows, technical seminars, and conduct luncheons and training sessions for distributors and end users. - Develop communication and sales activities as a team with existing divisional sales team members. - Attend and support distributor and end user open houses, vendor days, etc. - Develop and maintain a strong and supportive distributor base. - Daily activities and opportunities captured in our Sales Force CRM - Act as Walter's own company - **Required Skills & Aptitudes **_ - Proven prospecting skills and "hunter" mentality with a passion to succeed. - Must have excellent time / territory management skills. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Office. - Must have a valid driver's license. **Experience & Education** - College or bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field. - 3-5 year’s industrial sales experience is preferred. - Experience with developing comprehensive regional business plans. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay
