**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and proofread a wide range of medical documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in grammar, formatting and content.
- Communicating with physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists, MOAs, reception, and Dynacare.
- Downloading documents off the EMR.
- Staying organized and keeping track of the progress of many different reports.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to all ethical and privacy standards according to PHIA.

Qualifications:

- Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work on-site and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with computer word processing programs.
- A background with medical terminology or health science is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
