**Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
- Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team
- Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers
- Help scheduling and organizing the writers' work
- Point of communication to and from the team
- Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualification**
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
- 5+ years of writing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently

- Vertical Lead
- Managing Editor
- Content Lead
- Channel Manager
