**About the Job**: This individual is an integral member of the team responsible for assisting

the loading, offloading and rigging. The Rigger / Pilot Car Operator have responsibility for

following all company and client policies, practices and procedures and representing the

company in a professional manner.

**Description**:

- Working in tandem as a team with an Operator, safely perform tasks relative to

loading, offloading and rigging various materials and/or equipment in the field.
- Must be willing to operate pilot car and hot shot deliveries / pickups as required.
- Work in outside conditions in all-weather environments.
- Complete pre job system evaluations and FLRA's daily to ensure all hazards are

identified and mitigated.
- Light troubleshooting when required.
- Ensures work activities are performed in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
- Ensures all required paperwork including but not limited to; time sheets including

job numbers, FLRA's, maintenance requests are completed and submitted in a

timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to make decisions based on

information.
- Results orientated and achievement motivated.
- Operates with high integrity; builds trust, quickly wins and sustains credibility in

relationships with others.
- Other duties assigned as required.

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas, Mining and/or

Power Industry is preferred;
- Understanding of rigging fundamentals is an asset;
- Physical job must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Experience in pilot cars required;
- Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract are required;
- Must be or willing to become a member of CLAC;
- Certifications including H2S, CSTS, Fall Protection and First Aid would be

considered an asset.
