Assist the picker truck operator in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Duties**
- Secure loads using appropriate tie-downs and rigging techniques.
- Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, log book and safety documents. pre
- and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Perform physically demanding work (able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis)
- Ability to work well with a team, follow direction and get the job done safely.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
