Night Auditor/front Desk Agent

Toronto, Canada The SoHo Hotel & Residences Full time

This is a part-time Night Auditor position. Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts all days of the week. Additional shifts may be scheduled based on availability and scheduling needs.

As a Night Auditor, your duties include:

- Managing operations at the Front Desk during the overnight shift.
- Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients.
- Assisting guest with queries and concerns.
- Processing daily Operations reports.
- Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met during the overnight shift.
- The ability to be flexible, as you may be cross-training on Front Desk and Switchboard operations.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager and General Manager.

The qualifications for this position are:

- Previous hotel experience is required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Fidelio/opera experience is an asset.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess an outstanding level of customer service, be punctual, well-organized and have a keen eye for detail.
- Must be guest service focused.
- Have the ability to work independently, as well as with others.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

**Salary**: $20.00-$20.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All guests and employees are required to wear a mask. Employees are issued additional personal protective equipment based on their job group. Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at the front desk. Cleaning and sanitizing has been increased.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
