Our work environment includes: - Modern office setting - **Hours of work 9AM-11PM** **Job Title**: Cannabis Store Keyholder** **Company**: Munchies Cannabis** **Location**: 131 Beechwood Avenue Unit B, Ottawa, ON K1M 1L5, Canada Munchies Cannabis, a premier cannabis retailer in Ottawa, is seeking a Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our store, ensuring compliance with AGCO regulations and **providing excellent customer service**. If you have retail experience in the cannabis industry, a passion for the cannabis industry, and strong leadership and customer service skills, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Store Manager in overseeing retail associates and ensuring a high level of customer service. - Maintain compliance with AGCO regulations and company policies. - Manage AGCO and OCS reporting - Manage backend systems including Dutchie, Cova and Alpine and ensure product catalogue and inventory is up to date. - Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the store at all times. - Ensuring deliveries, curbside and pickups are processed effectively and efficiently. - Manage inventory, including receiving and stock management etc. - Provide customers with product information and guidance on responsible consumption. - Resolve customer service issues and maintain customer satisfaction. - Assist in marketing initiatives and in-store promotions. - Represent the store at community events to promote cannabis education. - Assist the management team in the training and supervising of employees. **All applicants are required to be/have**:* - 1+ years of retail cannabis experience, preferably in a leadership role. - able to receive a passing score for CannSell standard certification and clean criminal background check. - **Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and Ontario regulatory requirements.**: - Strong and positive communication and excellent customer service skills. - all applicants are required to be proficient in COVA POS, Dutchie and inventory management. - able to move loads up to 15 kg. - able to stand for the duration of their shift. - able to carry items up and down stairs. - legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship or other limitation. - at least 19 years of age. - comfortable using computers for varied tasks/projects. - fluent in English, both spoken and written. - **available to work up to 14+ - hour shifts.**: - available to work as early as 5 AM if required by delivery schedule.* - available to work part-time.* - Able and flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays and peak-summer times.* - at a minimum, high school graduates or equivalent. - **Must own a reliable vehicle for deliveries and have a valid driver's licence.**: - help with store projects is expected such as writing SOP's, research of products and for training - **Must be able to work open to close and back to back shifts when required.** **Benefits**: - Competitive salary with incentives. - Employee discounts and perks. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Inclusive and supportive work environment. - Be part of a growing industry with a progressive company. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $18.50 per hour **Benefits**: - Store discount Application question(s): - What does amazing customer service look like to you and why? - Are you willing to pick up shifts if necessary? - How do you personally resonate with the sentiment expressed in the phrase, "we are only as good as our customers feel"? **Education**: - Secondary School (required) **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (required) - Customer service: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Cannsell (required) Work Location: In person
