Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Assess customers' preferences and make recommendations
- Upsell additional drinks and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishments
- Excellent math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in operating a POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

**Job Type**: Part-time
