Marketing Specialist, Employment Services

Position Description:
Serco Canada's Employment Services is seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of employment services, we are committed to connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities and supporting employers in finding the right talent.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Serco's employment services, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and driving lead generation.
- Execute SEO initiatives to optimize website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and enhance social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.
- Execute PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including blogs, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and more.
- Manage communications to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Optimize website performance and user experience to increase conversion rates and drive customer retention.
Qualifications:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Experience with PPC advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with website management platforms such as Wordpress.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related areas are a plus.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and ability to travel as required.
- Must be able to Pass Criminal Record Check (CPIC).
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Cree or Ojibwa are considered an asset.
