**Responsibilities and Deliverables**
- Lead a global team of software architects, computer analysts, software developers and software

engineers working together to provide managed services for clients.
- Work with client’s architectural team to design and implement solutions for end user

engagements with security in mind. This includes escalating any known issues with client
personnel to Management including meeting with Clients
- As a lead member of the Security team, responsible for diagnosing and resolving any security

and endpoint breaches, incidents, including escalating issues across a variety of platforms and
vendors, particularly on technology platforms such as PaloAto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike and
SentinelONE.
- Design, document, Implement, Troubleshoot and resolve complex cyber security requirements

across client software and hardware infrastructure. This includes updating corporate policy
documents associated with security practices company wide
- Design, implement, migrate and manage Web Application Firewalls, and Proxies across different

vendors (F5, Forcepoint, Zscaler). This Includes installing, configuring, and supporting Firewalls
and related network hardware across different vendor platforms for different users.
- Work with team to design and deploy security architecture for next generation firewalls,

including intrusion detection & prevention systems ranging across different vendor platforms
such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
- Perform security audits for clients from both an infrastructure and information security

perspective and provide necessary assessment reports with corrective remediations, and
workarounds
- Design and deploy security monitoring solutions for security analytics, assessments, risk analysis

and quantification.
- Participate in incident management, asset management, change management, and project

management meetings to champion security improvements of managed services.
- Develop methods for providing large scale security services effectively
- Lead pre-sales efforts for the Canadian marketplace which requires working collaboratively with

Sales teams and end customers, technical and business stakeholders to build a cost-effective,
highly secure and scalable security infrastructure
- Prepare bill-of-materials and professional services quotation for above. Work with project

management to review budgeted vs. actuals per project
- Perform security solution proposal, advisory services based on technical and business

requirements focused around current and future security requirements.
- Work with the technical and business stakeholders to scope efforts based on different customer

requirements and provide estimates to complete the deliverables as per the requirements laid
out by the customers.
- Investigate and familiarize with next-generation security technology and industry direction.
- Lead security team in technology transformation initiatives by exploring cloud (public & private)

technologies with respect to cloud security and compliance
- Initiate POCs for SDN, DFW, SDWAN, Private and Public cloud technologies to evaluate different

vendors options in the marketplace and provide appropriate feature matrix across different
vendors to be presented during advisory board meetings with different customers.
- Lead efforts towards programmability to evolve security management from monotonous and

manual approach to a more agile and flexible methodologies.
- Maintain proper documentation for work deliverables. Follow corporate policies as well as

industry recognized best practices. This includes recording work performed such as maintaining
timesheets and work reports.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and policy documents. Establish and

recommend corporate policies and standards on security configuration and services across
various clients in managed and professional services vertical.
- Oversee resource plans and utilization including recruitment of technical team personnel

including monitoring and promoting their professional development and training

**Skills and Accreditations**
- 6+ years industry experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Commerce, Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- CISCO certification or training preferred
- Project Management experience

**Compensation and Benefits**
- $100,000 to $130,000 per year
