**Client Reporting & Marketing Operations Associate**
Enoch Wealth Inc. is a registered Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. We provide high‑net‑worth individuals with curated access to private market investment opportunities and offer personalized wealth‑building solutions. Our firm is rooted in integrity, client service, and continuous innovation.
**Responsibilities**
**Client Operations & Support (50%)**
- Manage end-to-end processing of client transactions, including data entry, document handling, and communication with issuers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Dealing Representatives and fund issuers, addressing daily inquiries related to account status, transactions, and reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze data to support internal reporting, including sales performance summaries and operational dashboards, using advanced Excel skills.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Dealing Representatives on system usage, documentation procedures, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, including routine system checks and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal and external communications, including client notifications and operational updates.
**Internal Marketing & Design (25%)**
- Design, update, and version-control report and marketing templates to ensure consistency
- Manage template libraries and documentation to maintain brand compliance
- Implement design management practices to sustain efficient creative processes
- Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, company updates, and brand collateral
- Create visual assets (presentations, brochures, templates) using Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite
- Help coordinate internal and client-facing events or campaigns as needed
**Administrative & Office Coordination (25%)**
- Support day‑to‑day front desk and office operations in the Toronto office
- Manage scheduling, supply inventory, and vendor communications
- Assist with internal filing, onboarding, and regulatory documentation as required
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- 1-3 years of experience in client service, operations, marketing, or reporting roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic scripts) and basic proficiency in coding for automation (VBA, Python, or GAS)
- Design skills with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe InDesign
- Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and client‑focused mindset
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base
**Nice to Have**:
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) or BI tools (Data Studio, Power BI)
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or asset management
- Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations and/or reservations an asset
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or reporting workflows
