- Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests, your team, and yourself
- Leading and managing a team to ensure smooth operations and effective departmental management.

- Building sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially, and other relevant job duties.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, and oversee our people program.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate truck deliveries.
- Implement and support McDonald's marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience and Education**:

- Completion of High School education
- Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills
- Several Years (2+) in Quick Service Restaurant leadership experience
- Supervisory experience in McDonald's is preferred

**Skills and Other Attributes**:

**This position may be extended beyond the initial term and could involve overlapping responsibilities with other roles.**

Pay: From $48,800.00 per year
