Are you an experienced leader in the moving industry? We're looking for a reliable and hardworking **Team Leader** to guide and support our moving crews. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of movers, ensuring smooth execution of all moving tasks, from packing to unloading.
- Coordinate with clients to manage expectations and ensure a stress-free moving experience.
- Supervise and actively participate in loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking, focusing on efficiency and safety.
- Train and mentor junior movers on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Take responsibility for the care and handling of customer belongings, ensuring every item is treated with respect.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the moving industry or a related field.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling fragile or valuable items.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary**:$26 - $33 / hour** based on experience, with customer tips on top
