The Hotel Management operator is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper/office administrator for a full-time position. DUTIES: - Open and close the head office door. - Manage office supplies - Assist in managing day-to-day bookkeeping operations in particular, accounts receivable and payable, daily data entries and filings, payroll including ROEs - Prepare cheques and wire transfers for commercial transactions including banking - Maintain General Ledgers, payroll and benefit administration - Monitor and regularly review outstanding cheques and balances - Assist in daily, monthly General Account reconciliation - Collaboration with external & internal accountant - Remit GST, PST and Payroll Deductions - Monthly bookkeeping reports to external accountant - Track and enter disbursements - Assist in Administration duties and filings as required.
