This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal or Quebec City offices.

**What the day will look like**:
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our pension consulting team.
- Provide consulting services and technical support to various clients
- Supervise specific pension plan calculations, such as actuarial valuations, sustainability studies and projections
- Prepare reports, presentation and letters and participate in other special projects
- Develop and participate in effective oral presentations for existing or prospective clients, individually or in concert with team members
- Participate in business development activities
- Participate in the development of IT tools to improve productivity
- Lead, where applicable, client relationships for small to medium sized accounts
- Coordinate resources on different mandates to achieve client results and collaborate on client activities with other experience team members
- Supervise, guide and mentor less experienced colleagues.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in pension plan consulting or related field
- English written and spoken
- Proficient MS Office software (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Flexibility and availability
- Organization skills, rigour and thoroughness

**Education**:

- BAC in actuarial science or administration with proven experience in pension plan consulting
- Have begun and aspire to complete and pass the courses, examinations and work experience requirements for Fellowship in the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
