**About Us**:
Founded in 1994, ITC Electrical Components is a leading importer and distributor of electrical components for control and automation systems, control panels, machinery, and power distribution. We are seeking a talented Marketing Consultant to help us elevate our brand presence, refine our product organization processes, and create impactful marketing materials that resonate with our customers.

**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Consultant will take ownership of ITC Electrical's marketing initiatives and product data management, ensuring our marketing strategies and operational processes align with our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively promote ITC Electrical’s products and services.

**Marketing Materials**:

- Design and create physical marketing materials, including product books, signs, and displays, to enhance brand visibility.
- Write and produce newsletters to engage customers and keep them informed of updates and product offerings.
- Manage and develop content for social media platforms to boost online presence and drive engagement.

**Data Management**:

- Organize and manage data for over 9,000 inventory items on the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain naming standards for new products and standardize naming conventions across multiple databases for existing products.
- Re-engineer processes for uploading data to the website, improving efficiency and accuracy.

**Website Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized, user-friendly, and up-to-date website.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing and operational processes.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
- Strong skills in content creation, design, and managing social media platforms.
- Familiarity with data organization, standardization, and website management is highly preferred.
- Experience with physical marketing materials and an eye for layout and design.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in your work environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
