**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Train, mentor, and support operational staff
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

**No experience needed**

**Requirements**:

- Active driving licence
- Car
- Flexible time

Pay: $13.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
