**Your Responsibilities**:

- Act as the global owner and administrator of Pardot, our marketing automation platform
- Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey, from suspect / lead through to customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, customer and partner marketing, and marketing operations, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform lifecycle automation strategy
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROICreate and consistently communicate results with the broader marketing team via report creation and distribution

**Your Profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
- Experience as admin and power user of marketing automation tools (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc)
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and team collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
