**About the role**

Siemens Electrification & Automation division, is looking for an experienced **Technical Quotation Specialist** who will be part of the national quotation team and will support the province of Quebec. Reporting to the National Manager you will work with the Sales team and local technical resources to estimate quotations in according to specific client needs and ensure project requirements are met.

**What will you do?**
- Provide input into designs and estimates and prepare proposals including complex and integrated Industrial Solution Systems for Sales and Operations Teams.
- Assist the Field Service and Sales Team by providing project labour, materials and equipment and permit pricing, where applicable (i.e. hydro isolation, ESA).
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the quotation process including improved flow of information at each stage of the process, lessons learned exchange in regards to deficiencies in quoting and/or execution, performance of win/lose analysis to determine accurate market pricing and strategic initiatives.
- Be aware of ESA (Employment Standards Act), the Company EHS Policy/Program, Procedures, Statutory Regulations, Standards and Customers Requirements in order to accurately price opportunities.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Electrical experience
- 4+ experience in medium voltage electrical, service and solution.
- 4 + years of practical experience in the field as Technician or engineer is preferred
- Knowledge and proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, ensure quote turn around is timely
- Ability to manage priorities
- Strong sense of organization and autonomy
- Fully bilingual French and English spoken and written to support the province of Quebec and on a national level.
