Technical Support Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
**Your Top Priorities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
- Provision users and manage network configuration.
- Assist in installing and configuring software and hardware systems.
- Maintain and keep up to date device assets such as; Servers, Cabling, Printers, Computers, Other devices as needed.
- Contribute to on-going cybersecurity initiatives.

What it Takes to Succeed:

- Post-secondary education certificate / diploma in Computer Science.
- CompTIA A+ certification considered an asset.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in an IT support environment.
- Ability to communicate written and verbal technical communication to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Okta, Atlassian, TeamViewer, and/or NetSuite considered an asset.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
