**About Us**

Ashton Service Group is growing We are currently hiring two (2) full-time permanent **Comfort Advisors** to join our growing **Residential team** This is a 100% commission based sales position.

**Responsibilities**
- Listen to the needs of our customers, and work with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their home's HVAC needs
- Do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
- Get potential customers excited about Ashton and encourage them to spread the word
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs
- Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 year minimum of commission-based sales experience
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems (mini-split units, furnaces, AC’s, heat pumps, tankless water heaters) would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Class 5 license with a clean driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English

**Compensation & Perks**
- Competitive pay - position is 100% commission based (8% of sales). Most comfort advisors produce minimum $2 million in annual revenue

**Salary**: Up to $160,000.00 per year
