We are currently experiencing rapid growth through client acquisitions, and need to expand our administrative team. We are seeking an internal **HR Manager / Project Manager,** to join our team, at our offices in Etobicoke. **Responsibilities include**: - Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires - Administer complex payroll (bi-weekly) - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Special projects (infrastructure, policies, processes). - Superior communication and organizational skills - High performance personality - Formal education in the field of **Human Resource Administration** and/or working towards **CHRP **designation - 3+ years of experience as HR Coordinator and/or Talent Acquisition - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Experience with process improvement initiatives This is an in-office role, working closely with the CEO, and other VPs. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Work Location: In person
