Position Overview

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various janitorial equipment, including vacuums, floor polishers, carpet extractors, and battery-powered floor scrubbers. This role involves both on-the-road service calls and in-shop repairs at our Canotek Road location in Ottawa.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing janitorial or similar equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- French language skills are an asset.
- Experience with small engines, pressure washers, or propane equipment is an asset.
- Basic computer skills required.
