**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH**Assemble and secure formwork for concrete pours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Ensure forms are properly aligned and braced.
- Strip and clean forms after concrete placement.
- Work with the concrete finishing team to ensure a smooth project workflow.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
**Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent
**Required Work Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete form setting
**Required Training/Certifications**: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
**Required Technical Skills**: Ability to read construction drawings, knowledge of formwork techniques
**Travel Requirements**: Knowledge of the City of Saskatoon and surrounding area**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Proven ability to follow safe work procedures and complete field risk assessments.
