**Job Summary**
We’re seeking a **Digital Marketing Co-ordinator** to lead our digital presence through its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter with proven eCommerce experience, strong creative instincts, and the ability to juggle tasks in a hands-on, unsupervised environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Winnipeg, MB office—perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen in a small, agile team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store: products, content, visuals, and performance.
- Design and produce static and video ad creatives using brand assets.
- Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Support performance marketing efforts and data analysis.
- Ability to manage Ad campaigns on Meta / Google is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is preferred.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Graphic Design & Video editing
- Proven experience in digital marketing for a ECom store.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
