**Duties**
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize HeavyBid software to generate detailed cost estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met and estimates are accurate.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing on materials and services.
- Review and adjust estimates based on changes in project scope or design modifications.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs and timelines for management review.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Experience using HeavyBid software for cost estimation.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and pricing discussions.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Solid project management skills to coordinate multiple aspects of the estimating process.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for document management and collaboration in construction projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates.
