**The team**:
The Strategic Alliances Marketing Coordinator’s focus will be to help support the Strategic Alliance Marketing team with reporting, building campaigns and communicating to the company about the technology partnerships.

Under the direction of the Manager, Strategic Alliance Marketing the incumbent in this position is responsible to coordinate activities linked to the Technology Partner Program, Partner reporting & Analytics as well as, Strategic Alliances sponsorship. Duties would also involve working closely with other departments such as Sales, Legal, Procurement and various Partner Eco System Development Groups.

**What your day will look like**:

- Coordinate the onboarding and maintenance of identified Technology Partners into the Genetec Technology Partner program
- Coordinate with the events team for the HQ Visits of technology partners and assist in the creation of the agendas
- Gather, track, and analyse Technology Partner performance results and provide insights on improvements, gaps and opportunities to provide data for presentations
- Collaborate across multiple Partner Eco System departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery of integration activities as well as promoting partnerships internally and externally
- Assist with content management, promotion campaigns and social media linked to partner program
- Assist with the technology partner sponsorship contracts for corporate events and tradeshows
- Assist with the Receivables department to create invoices for Technology Partner program marketing package/follow-ups of payments, sponsorships for events
- Assist in creating/editing technology partner pages in the partner section of the web site
- Work with Technical Marketing team to ensure technology partner equipment is updated and provided for the experience centers and tradeshow booths

**About you**:

- Enjoys working with people
- Enjoys working with numbers and gaining insights from them
- Knowledge of dashboard platforms like PowerBI is an asset
- Good written & verbal communications; English and French proficiency (spoken and written)
- Nice-to-have hands-on experience with any of these specific tools (or equivalent tools)
- Bloomreach brXM Web CMS (Content Management System)
- Excel
- Adobe Marketo marketing automation platform
- Wrike
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with others in a tactful and courteous manner
- Ability to prepare correspondence and reports
