Kitchen Table Restaurants is currently looking for a General Manager to join the team for our latest opening, Mercato di Luigi. This location will be focused on a community-driven concept offering an Italian grocery, fresh pasta to dine in or takeaway, and an Italian-style cafe. If you're passionate about hospitality, the guest experience and leading a team, we want to hear from you

Please note, this will be a daytime position with no evening shifts required.

**You have**:

- 2+ years of previous restaurant/caffe/retail management experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Barista skills
- experience in the preparation of espresso-based coffee drinks
- A calm and kind demeanor with guests and staff
- Experience with ordering and inventory management
- Experience with scheduling and payroll
- Labour and Cost of goods control experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace considered an asset
- Serving it Right
- Foodsafe Level 1

**Additional assets would include**:

- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine
- Familiarity with Auphan POS system
- Familiarity with Optimum Control Inventory System
