Fundraising Coordinator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers and clients.
- Manage and coordinate key fundraising campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities
- Mange and support third party fundraising events.
- Scheduling venues and developing relationships through out the community.
- Record and receipt donations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve future fundraising effort.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Microsoft word, Excel, windows
- Sound organizational and communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to effectively work with staff, volunteers and donors
- Experience collecting, handling and recording incoming funds generated through various fundraisers
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Website and e-newsletter experience
- 2-4 years of related experience preferred
- Networking capabilities, to come with existing contacts in the community preferred
- Positivity and initiative in day-to-day operations and relationships with stakeholders, donors, staff, volunteers and clients.
Pay: $48,786.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Word: 1 year (required)
