**Transitions Coordinator**

We are seeking an adaptable and organized Transitions Coordinator based out of our Delta office. This is a fast-paced department that oversee the onboarding and offboarding of Tribe properties across all office locations in Canada. This is an admin focused role supporting the transitions team with a number of projects and tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- 1. Assisting transition team lead on several transitions related projects (current projects listed):_
- Agency agreements
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Parking & locker
- Acquisitions
- _ Assisting with transitions data entry tasks:_
- Creating condo onboarding templates
- Drafting form Ds
- Drafting fee annual increase letters
- Updating vendor accounts
- Saving & updating data into Tribe systems (Condo Manager, Yardi, Zoho & Tribe Home)
- Creating parking & locker list for new condos
- Creating & naming folder structures as required
- Updating naming conversion of onboarded condo files from prior management
- Saving homeowner forms & updating in all systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an administration or service-based role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25lbs
- Prior experience in property management industry not required but is an asset
- Experience using Condo Manager, Yardi or Zoho not required but is an asset
