As a Finance Manager you are responsible for maintaining and building excellent customer relationships focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Finance Manager produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new
- and used-vehicle customers. Works directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process.
- Sells finance & insurance products to customers
- Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases accurately, in a timely and efficient manner
- Understands and complies with all regulations that affect finance and lease transactions
- Checks all paperwork for, but not limited to, correct title, lien information, taxes, FCA incentives, consumer information before forwarding to accounting
- Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner - with customers, lenders and other agencies
- Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
- Attends pertinent training as required
- Holds Valid Driver’s License
- Obtains MPI Sales Permit within first 30 Days.
- 2 years of Bank/ Credit Union, Insurance Office, Financial services or experience in a dealership position considered an asset.
- Other duties include Marketing, social media, event co-ordinating, Custer experience (CX) photography or other things that fit the skills of the individual.

This position is 1/2 time Finance Manager 1/2 time Marketing working closely with the General Sales Manager and at times the Service Manager. Finance Manager portion of this position is a Commission Pay and the Marketing is a salary.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
