**In this role, you will**:

- Lead the business analysis team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business operations and planning activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage the implementation of new business systems and tools to support operational needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
- Support the development of training materials and programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and outcomes.

**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**:

- Possess a strong background in business operations and analysis with a proven track record of success.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Have experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Show proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
- Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
