Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and loads trucks accordingly.
- Completes the required documents and data entry tasks and verifies information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Verifies that the proper shipping labels or product identification conforms to QMS and or customer requirements.
- Visually examines all outgoing shipments and complete the required documentation to ensure shipments meet QMS and or customer requirements.
- Provide the necessary support to Operations to ensure that all material is handled and stored properly to facilitate production.
- Requires the operation of mobile equipment including forklift, shunt trucks and yard trailers as well as overhead cranes within the facility.
- Maintain designated storage areas including the yard to ensure the product is stored safely and properly to facilitate FIFO and other requirements.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Completion of High School/GED and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related environment are preferred.
- Must have experience and appropriate training to operate all mobile equipment including forklift, and yard trailers as well as overhead cranes
- Computer skills to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, Including Word, Excel, and Outlook and MRP systems
- Strong understanding of all company Safety and Quality policies and procedures
- ERP system knowledge is an asset
