Warehouse Coordinator

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order picking and fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes for loading and unloading materials.
- Coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Utilize software
- Quick book for tracking orders and inventory management.
- Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in order picking, order fulfillment, and package handling.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
