We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced **Project Coordinator** who has already been there and done this, but is looking for a new challenge with a reputable company. If you are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask and work under tight deadlines, this may just be the opportunity for you.

This position will be based out of Bedford, NS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers with obtaining building permits, updating project schedules, product research and maintaining drawing logs.
- Review all tender documents, project drawings and specifications for assigned projects.
- Help manage or initiate various project components including: contemplated change orders, site instructions, requests for information, project notices, deficiency lists and payment approvals, etc.
- Supervise or assist with supervision of assigned site operations including management and maintenance of all regulated and corporate site safety policies.
- Participate in site meetings.
- Track and assist with forecasting materials and other project costs.
- Order construction materials, equipment and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years’ project coordination / management experience with a general contractor.
- Possess relevant college diploma (i.e. Architect Engineering Construction Management) or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Procore and Jonas management software would be an advantage.
- Good sense of humour is essential.
