We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our on-site team in managing multiple complex projects in parallel. Reporting to the Head of Product and PMO, this role requires a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience as a Scrum Master is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with the iGaming industry or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (if applicable), fostering a strong Agile culture within the team.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project milestones, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership effectively.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with proven success in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, with the ability to lead Agile teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Preferred:

- Experience in the iGaming industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with product management principles and a clear understanding of how project and product management intersect.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certifications.
- Familiarity with technical concepts, such as APIs, software development life cycles (SDLC), and databases.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
