**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor tutoring sessions effectively.
- Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Math and Science.
- Ability to educate students effectively using various instructional methods.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computerized educational tools and resources.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required.
