Richards Tutoring is a leading educational services provider dedicated to empowering young minds through personalized and engaging learning experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic and **reliable** tutors to join our team and help shape the educational journey of students from kindergarten to grade 5.

As a tutor, you will help with homework and homework assignments. You will be responsible for providing feedback and assistance to the student to help them improve their performance. We are looking for tutors who are punctual and have a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working with students who are in pre-K to grade 5.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Travel to designated student locations to provide in-person tutoring sessions
- Teach French language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Assist students with homework and assignments
- Provide feedback and assistance to students to help them improve their performance
- Develop personalized learning plans for each student to ensure progress and academic success
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Foster a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Applicants must also pass a background check.**:

- **Proficiency in French language, both written and spoken.**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of varying learning styles.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to student locations is a necessity.
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for education, fostering learning, and helping students succeed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
