Network Demand and Revenue Optimization Manager

This opportunity will be based at Air Canada's Montreal Headquarters in Dorval.
**Responsabilities**:
- Support the Revenue Management (RM) demand calibration process in case of major network or competitive changes in collaboration with commercial and Revenue Optimization teams.
- Support technical and commercial processes to efficiently transform our network simulator outputs into actionable insights for AC's revenue management community and beyond.
- Assist in the development of insightful models, tools and processes between Revenue Management and Network planning to identify and address synergies (i.e., demand surges, capacity bottleneck, network simulation, etc.).
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Revenue Management and Network Planning tools (OD3, Netline-Plan, scheduling, etc.).
- Develop tools to ensure cohesion and coherence in short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts used in Revenue Management and Network Planning teams.
- Conduct revenue optimization analysis for the RM branch to identify trends, assess strategies to improve revenue generation and, at time, support larger commercial projects with revenue management expertise.
- Guide development of insightful reports and dashboards to support commercial processes.
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree an asset.
- Experience in revenue management, network planning, or equivalent in an airline or similar industry setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to cope with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills supported by creative thinking.
- Must be able to synthesize complex situations, identify possible solutions and present results in simple and understandable terms.
**Additional assets**
- Experience with origin-destination revenue management or network planning tools.
- Technical skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets and transform them into clear business insights, an asset.
