**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Provide multilingual support to guests when necessary, enhancing their overall experience.
- Prepare reports for management on occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: $20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
