Responsible for the maintenance of daily operations and guest services at a hotel. The night auditor is in charge of the nightly accounting, key control and security of the hotel, and interacts with the guests, employees and vendors. The night auditor ensures all money handling procedures comply with company policies, local, provincal and federal laws and ensures the hotel is provided with a fraud awareness policy and internal control system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and check-in late arrivals or other people at the hotel.
- Check in guests when they arrive at the hotel.
- Check that guests are satisfied with their rooms and services.
- Check that the guest's needs have been met or help them if they have problems with their room.
- Keep accurate records of the number of people who stay in the hotel.
- Be available to answer any questions that may arise during the night.

Summary
As a Night Auditor, you will be a vital part of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth overnight operation. Utilizing core skills in customer service, front desk management, and hospitality, you will handle guest check-ins, manage reservations, and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Your premium skills in multilingual abilities and phone etiquette will enhance communication with a diverse clientele, ensuring a positive guest experience. **Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Strong guest service skills and hospitality background
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual or bilingual environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries professionally

Pay: $19.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
