**Hybrid mode**: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely

**Type of employment**: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

**THE ROLE**

This key position will be part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to FP&A Senior Manager. In this role, you will provide support in overseeing the financial performance of various areas of the business, of specific strategic initiatives, you will contribute to the evaluation of business cases and support the planning and budgeting processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with executive teams, collaborate across departments and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

**Investment Decision Support**

Build or Review business cases for strategic initiatives and

projects. Ensure that assumptions are attainable and aligned. Standardize, improve and

promote investment decision methodologies. Track investment and operating budgets.

Educate stakeholders on business case best practices

**Financial Modelling**

Build financial models to map potential outcomes of business cases to Financial statements (P&L, FCF, etc.)

Identify and review key drivers and assumptions.

**Performance Management**:
Support the setting and execution of financial measurement methodologies for various strategic initiatives and pilot projects.

Partner with initiative or project owners to provide insights on variances to targets through financial analyses.

Analyze and organize results for effective reporting.

**Commercial Business Partnership**

Provides support to business areas in regard to P&L analysis

Deliver commercial finance insight influencing growth and profitability

Support the Planning and Budgeting process of assigned business area

Assist with special projects and various requests of financial analysis specific to commercial operations.

**Operational Expenditure Tracking, Analysis and Reporting Process**
- Coordinate with OPEX team to report, analyze and provide insight on spending
- Assist Functional Groups in spend management
- Collaborate with Finance Controller team to provide timely and accurate variance governance report
- Support OPEX Finance Controller team in complex questions

**Continuous Improvement**
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing team objective as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data-related processes, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and efficiency improvements while having a strong drive to Make IT Easy

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
- CPA title required

**Experience**:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience preferably in financial analysis, strategic planning, or budgeting and forecasting

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, LongView and SharePoint. And an aptitude to learn new tools / systems
- Experience with Power BI would be a strong asset
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; strong attention to details while being able to synthesis information.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Comfortable working independently, in cross-functional teams, and in a global role
- Willing to adapt to a dynamic business environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable initiating actions and taking responsibility to secure agreed output
- Collaborate effectively and build professional networks
- Motivated by challenging tasks and complex projects across many countries and regions

**Language skills**:

- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) in both written and spoken languages, as the person will be required to serve English-speaking regions.
